We're family owned and run.

Our parents started coming to Stone Harbor in the 1950's. We've always loved spending time with our large family here. Drawing on that experience and 35 years of renting to families, we custom-built a new home that suits us—and, we hope, you—very well.

Take the Garden State Parkway south to exit 10, Stone Harbor. Turn left and head straight, following signs onto the island. Once you've crossed the bridge into Stone Harbor, turn right at any of the 3 avenues. We are on the SW corner of 1st Ave and 105th street.
